An established manufcaturing company based in northern RI is seeking an experienced Medical Device Assembler to contribute to the company's daily operations in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidates will have knowledge of cleanroom protocols, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with others.

Responsibilities of the Medical Device Assembler:

• Adhere to verbal and written instructions regarding assembly and subassembly processes within a specific Production team.
• Perform visual, in-process, and final inspections and tests to ensure quality conformance.
• Maintain records and reports of test results.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area to ensure the purity of devices.
• Update and implement proper inventory control procedures.
• Collaborate closely with Team Leaders and Manufacturing Engineers to ensure efficient process flow.
• Update and maintain Bills of Materials and associated documentation related to medical device assembly.
• Follow standard operating procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and ISO requirements.
• Understand and interpret assembly drawings and specifications as needed.
• Handle additional projects as assigned.

Qualifications of the Medical Device Assembler:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in a GMP-regulated medical device production environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Effective communication skills, business acumen, and the ability to make assertive decisions.
• Flexibility to multitask and perform a wide range of activities.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office.
• Soldering or wiring skills are a plus.
